Comparing the Selected Countertop Air Fryer Convection Ovens
The following table compares the various features of the three countertop air fryer convection ovens (please read the table notes that follow for a better understanding of the features offered by each):

Each of these three air fryer ovens considered here come with a number of built-in programmed cooking modes that automatically set a required default temperature and cooking time. However, with all three ovens, cooking temperature and cooking time can also be adjusted as you wish using the appropriate temperature and timer buttons on their control panels.
The following programmed cooking modes are available on each of the three ovens considered here. The user manuals that come with each oven explains in detail how each cooking mode is invoked and done.
Cuisinart TOA-60 comes with 7 programmed cooking modes:
- AIR FRY
- CONVECTION BROIL
- CONVECTION BAKE
Ninja Foodi SP101 comes with 8 programmed cooking modes:
- AIR CRISP (AIR FRY): Give foods crispiness and crunch with little to no oil (done using the basket and the pot).
- AIR ROAST
- AIR BROIL
- KEEP WARM
Instant Vortex Pro comes with 9 programmed cooking modes:
- AIR FRY
All three air fryer ovens considered here are equipped with digital controls to set and adjust both the temperature and the cooking time.
Note again that, with each of these ovens, even though their programmed cooking modes have pre-set cooking times and temperatures, they can be customized to your own settings using the temperature and timer adjustment control buttons on their screens.
- The Cuisinart TOA-60 oven is large enough to air fry about 3lbs food, toast at least 6 slices of bread, bake a 4lb chicken or a 12" pizza.
- The Ninja Foodi SP101 oven is large enough to air fry about 4lbs of food, toast at least 8 slices of bread, bake a 4lb chicken or a 13" pizza.
- The Instant Vortex Pro oven is large enough to air fry about 3lbs of food, toast 6 slices of bread, bake a 4lb chicken or a 9" pizza.
So which of the three countertop convection ovens to buy?
Note, however, that the three different air fryers considered here come with different sets of programmed cooking modes. So, you should carefully read Note 2 above, and select the air fryer that offers you those cooking modes that you will be using most. Note in particular that the dehydrate mode is only available on the Ninja Foodi SP101 and on Instant Vortex Pro, and rotisserie is only available on Instant Vortex Pro.
