Compare Popular Eufy RoboVac BoostIQ Vacuuming Robots: Eufy RoboVac 11S vs. RoboVac 15C vs. RoboVac 30 vs. RoboVac 30C
![]() (Photo credits: Anker Innovations) We had published in the past a comparison of Anker Innovations' Eufy floor cleaning robots RoboVac 11, Robovac 11+ and Robovac 11c. Those three Eufy robots had been very popular and had received great reviews from Amazon customers who have bought and used them.
Eufy has continued to improve their vacuuming robots and they have later produced the following four robots that are better designed and that come with a richer set of features. These are RoboVac 11S, RoboVac 15C, RoboVac 30 and RoboVac 30C. What makes these four robots special is that not only do they come with all the must have features, such as good floor coverage, efficient filtering, scheduling and auto-recharge, as well as the special BoostIQ feature described below, but they are also much more affordable than some other well known vacuuming robots brands. This article will describe and compare the features of these four vacuuming robots, so you may choose the right one for your home's cleaning needs. (Please note that more recently Anker Innovations have further improved their Eufy robots series and have produced even more advanced floor cleaning robots. To see a comparison of these latest more advanved Eufy robots, please click: Top Level Eufy Floor Cleaning Robots Comparison.) This article will compare the Eufy RoboVac BoostIQ 11S, Eufy RoboVac BoostIQ 15C, Eufy RoboVac BoostIQ 30 and Eufy RoboVac BoostIQ 30C vacuuming robots.

Comparing the Selected Eufy RoboVac Vacuuming Robots
The selected four Euy RoboVac robots are shown below:
The four Eufy RoboVac robots look quite similar and have the same dimensons. Except for a few major differences, their features are also quite similar. The following table describes the various features that come with these vacuuming robots (please read the explanations to the table notes that follow for a better understanding of the features):
Table Notes 1 - 17 Explained:
Note 1:
All Eufy RoboVac robots use a 3-stage vacuuming system consisting of three brushes and strong suction power that effectively loosen, extract, and vacuum dirt to give a superior clean:
- A rolling main brush that picks up dust, debris, dirt, pet hair from the floor.
- Double 3-prong spinning side brushes that clean along wall edges.
- Finally, an efficient vacuum that pulls dirt and hair off the brushes and directs it into the bin.
Note that these robots also use a triple filter system that handles very well hair, pet fur, lint, carpet fuzz and other various allergens.
Note 2:
Wi-Fi support simply means that you will be able to control your robot from wherever you may be using your smartphone or tablet!
Note 3:
In Auto mode, RoboVac optimizes its cleaning path by selecting different cleaning modes automatically until cleaning is complete. This is the most commonly used cleaning mode. You can start this mode by pressing the appropriate button on the robot itself or on the included Remote Control device.
Note 4:
When Spot Cleaning mode is invoked, the robot intensively cleans a specific area in a spiral pattern. This mode is useful if there is a concentrated area of dust or debris. In this mode, RoboVac will stop cleaning after 2 minutes. You can start this mode by pressing the appropriate button on the included Remote Control device.
Note 5:
When Edge Cleaning mode is invoked, the robot reduces its speed when it detects a wall and then follows the wall to ensure the edge is cleaned thoroughly. In this mode, RoboVac will clean for 20 minutes and return to the Charging Base. You can start this mode by pressing the appropriate button on the included Remote Control device.
Note 6:
When you invoke the Quick cleaning mode (also known as Single Room mode), RoboVac will automatically stop cleaning after 30 minutes and return to the Charging Base. If any small room or area needs to be cleaned, it is recommended to select this mode to save time and power. You can start this mode by pressing the appropriate button on the included Remote Control device.
Note 7:
Alexa and Google Assistant compatibility means that you can control your robot hands free with voice commands!
Note 8:
When the BoostIQ™ feature is enabled, RoboVac will automatically increase the suction power if it detects stronger power is needed to ensure the best clean. BoostIQ™ is ideal for cleaning thicker carpets and hard-to-sweep messes, which will reduce the total cleaning time, but increase slightly the noise level. If the vacuuming noise caused by BoostIQ™ disturbs you, you can disable this feature. This feature only works in Auto and Quick/Single Room cleaning modes. In Auto or Quick/Single Room cleaning modes, you simply need to press the appropriate button on the remote control repeatedly to adjust the suction power level.
Note 9:
With the Boundary Strip, you can keep the robot away from any area or item you do not want cleaned. RoboVac will recognize the Boundary Strip and will not cross into the blocked-off area. Before you use the Boundsry Strip:
1. Identify the area or item you do not want RoboVac to get close to.
2. If necessary, use scissors to cut the Boundary Strip to a shorter length. Be sure to correctly measure the length before cutting.
Note 10:
All three RoboVac robots can manually be directed where to clean by using the arrows on their Remote Control device.
Note 11:
All four robots considered here combine a dual-layer filter and one high-performance filter that, together, handle very well hair, pet fur, lint, carpet fuzz and other various allergens.
Note 12:
With all four robots considered here, scheduling can be programmed for a specific time for every day of the week. The robot starts vacuuming as soon as the scheduled time is reached.
Note 13:
When batteries run low, all four robots considered here return to their Charging Base to dock and recharge.
Note 14:
Lithium-Ion batteries are designed to provide longer cleaning sessions and last longer before needing to be replaced.
Note 15:
All four RoboVac robots come with a Remote Control device. The device allows various operations such as the cleaning mode selection (Auto/Spot/Edge/Quick/Single Room), manual orientation of the robot using the arrows, pausing the robot and activating, sending the robot to charging base, setting the time and scheduling.
With RoboVac 15C and RoboVac 30C, because they support Wi-Fi, you can also use your smartphone or tablet to control your robot remotely.
Note 16:
All three robots are equipped with obstacle sensing sensors and drop sensing technology.
Note 17:
- RoboVac 11S:
RoboVac 11S, remote control (2 AAA batteries included), charging base, AC power adapter, cleaning tool, extra set of high-performance filters, 4 side brushes, 5 cable ties, welcome guide and 12-month warranty. - RoboVac 15C:

So which of these four robots would be best for your home?
Here we have four of the most popular and affordable vacuuming robots available today. The four robots support must-have functions such as good floor coverage, anti-collision and stairs detection sensors, scheduling, automatic docking and recharging, multiple operation modes, and high-performance filters. Most Amazon customers who provided reviews on these robots were extremely happy with them as shown by the 4.5 stars (out of 5 stars) average rating these robots had received at time this article was written. Chances are you will be quite happy with either of them. However, as the above comparison table shows, there are a couple of important differences you should keep in mind before deciding which to get:
- RoboVac 15C and 30C are the only two of the four robots that support Wi-Fi and are compatible with Alexa. So they can also be controlled using your mobile device (smartphone/tablet) or hands-free with voice commands when Alexa is used.
- RoboVac 30 and 30C are more powerful than RoboVac 11S and 15C. Their maximum suction power is 1500Pa as opposed to 1300Pa for RoboVac 15C and 11S.
