The Delta Essa 9113T-DST (Touch2O) and Delta Essa 9113TV-DST (VoiceIQ) models come with the following additional features:
- Both come with Touch2O technology which allows activation and interruption of the water flow with a simple touch of your finger anywhere on the spout or handle. This helps keep your faucet cleaner, because washing the mess off your hands should never involve making a mess of your faucet. Note that the intuitive Touch2O technology can sense the difference between a touch and a grab, reducing the chances of false activation.
- Both types of faucets are equipped with an LED light that signals blue when touch mode is active and flashes red when batteries are running low. The LED light shows also the water temperature, changing from blue to magenta and then to red as temperature increases.
- Both types of faucets are battery operated and require either 6 AA batteries with a battery life of approximately 1 year which are included, or 6 C batteries with a battery life of approximately 3 years.
- An optional A/C adapter EP73954 may be ordered separately for the Delta Essa 9113T-DST (Touch2O) model and is included in the Delta Essa 9113TV-DST (VoiceIQ) model. If you do not have an electrical outlet under the sink, then batteries should be used.
- With both models, the water flow is automatically shut off after four minutes of running, which helps conserve water.
The Delta Essa 9113TV-DST (VoiceIQ) model comes with the following additional features:
- Provides you with four unique methods of control that you can mix and match, independent of the handle position: Voice, App, Simple Touch, or Manual.
- Comes with a control box to be installed under the sink for controlling the faucet using the associated App on your smartphone.
- You can also control your faucet vocally if you have Amazon Echo or Google Home smart installed at your home. Amazon Echo and Google Home will allow you to communicate with your faucet vocally using respectively Alexa and Google Assistant.
