So which of the three selected wine coolers should you buy?
Though the Danby cooler is well built, has almost no noise and presents little vibration, if you intend to keep your wine bottles for a long time in the cooler to get them well aged, you should consider the thermoelectric Whynter or NewAir coolers, as even minimal vibration may affect in the long run the delicate wine sediment.
On the other hand, if you don't have a well isolated cellar where the cooler can be kept away from environmental changes, you should consider the Danby, as compressor-based coolers can keep better a stable internal temperature without being affected by exterior environmental factors.
If space is a problem, you might want to choose the Danby cooler, as it is the smallest of the three, even though it can still hold 17 bottles and has some additional storage space for accessories. Note also that with the Danby cooler, you can achieve a slightly lower temperature in the cooler (43°F).
