​Among the many services and benefits provided by your computer's internet connection, there is one that needs special mention: it is the internet radio service which is used by millions around the world to listen to thousands of radio stations streamed to their computer via the internet.
In addition, smartphones or tablets with internet access, can also be used to access these internet radio stations. So, the following question arises:
​Why buy an explicit internet radio unit if all the internet radio stations can already be accessed on our computer or smart device? Well, a wireless internet radio will provide a number of important benefits. Here are some of them:

• It will most likely have better speakers than your computer or smartphone, providing a much fuller and pleasant sound.
• It will allow you to listen to online radio stations away from the computer. As long as you have Wi-Fi available at home, you can listen to internet radio while you are cooking, taking a bath, or just relaxing on your porch!

Grace Digital Mondo+ boasts a colorful screen which allows for effortless navigation to view and access various radio stations and programs while enjoying vivid colorful album art, station and track information.  It provides access to thousands of free radio stations and to numerous premium music services such as Pandora. ​The following table provides a list of the features that come with Grace Digital Mondo+:

Note 1: The color screen is designed to show album art, station information and more, so one can easily access and enjoy limitless music.

Note 2: You will need a router installed at your home to have Wi-Fi wireless communication enabled (unless your place is in a Wi-Fi enabled region). You will then need to enable Wi-Fi communication between the radio and the router.  But once Wi-Fi is enabled via the router, you don't even have to turn the computer on to access the thousands of internet radio stations and music services.
With Grace Digital Mondo+, even though you don't need to turn on the computer to listen to your radio, if you want to access the Grace Digital Mondo+ website to configure radio stations for your radio, you will of course need to use the computer.  Note also that, if you have a Wi-Fi enabled smartphone, by downloading the radio app to the smartphone, you can control and manage remotely all the functions of the radio.

Note 3: The radio can play music not just from internet, but also music streamed wireless from your PC or Mac (for PC you will need: Windows XP or Windows 7 or later. For Mac you will need: OS X 10.5 or later).

Note 4: It has an auxiliary jack to play from additional music sources (such as  iPhone,  iPod, CD player, etc.) and a headphone jack for private listening.
